The problem now is that like a spoiled child, the market has been rewarded for bad behaviour. Every time the Fed threatens to tighten on loose money, they throw their stocks to the floor and the Fed immediately placates in response. Wall Street knows all it has to do is drop the market 5% and Powell will clamber out of his pyjamas to announce more stim. There hasn't been a single infrastructure bill in all this time though. Main Street can go and get farked as far as the power mongers go.
