Still a lot of ifs and buts.
The big query for me is the holding back of the growth bond docs until after the release of the financials. I would assume they are confident they are sufficiently good enough to entice investors. Otherwise the market will back off and the offer may fall flat. That would be an absolute disaster and send the SP down the drain.
