Hello - please forgive this naïve inquiry to the sage long term holders (I've been in quietly for 10+ years) but do you think the NST share price will get back around $17 again in the next 6-12 months? I'm contemplating buying a home I never thought I could afford - but being able to afford the mortgage in 6 months time will depend on selling down some NST around that price. I know nothing is certain and I do DMOR - I'd just value other informed views. Many thanks
