    You are right, that would be helpful - and no they do not post this.
    They only post the NTA based on the portfolio, not the 'look through' NTA at a individual stock level.
    If they really are sticking to their guns, and buying $1 for 80cents, then they should be around $1.45 - $1.60 per share. Though I do not get the sense that the discount to NTA is anywhere near that large on their LIC portfolio.

    I would prefer that manager sold off their holdings in other Wilson LIC's (WAM etc) as some of the LIC portfolio has been subject to merger/takeover from the larger listed Wilson LIC's. Whilst that was a good outcome for shareholders, it would be preferable for WAR to liquidate the postions on these events, rather than holding large chunks of related entities (most trading at a premium to NTA).

    I've posted some upbeat comments on WAR in the past - but I've cooled off considerably. frown.png
    Perhaps WAR would have done well 2-3 years ago as Lic's were on the nose, but market is starting to look different now.
