As stated in the announcement:
4 well drilling program is fully funded by existing cash and cashflow from Canada, and will begin in late 2021.
price of oil is at an all time high and will continue to increase.
However, the value of a stock will always be realised. Hopefully the Anshof-3 exploration drilling completion can be the catalyst.
