I hope you don't mind my opposing view. But I absolutely disagree with your position that they can get funding for anything Philippines related. Let us agree this for now. ...if they drill by June this year then I will eat humble pie and you sir are right as rain. My prediction is that they will make an annuouncement, probably Covid related (easy excuse), that they are not drilling until 2023 (Cadlao expires in Feb 2024). First of all, do we know if the DOE granted Manta a by your leave on SC6b? Secondly to drill before June this year have they gotten an EEC in place? If they have, please let us know us because that is one hell of an achievement (it took Cadco more than year to get their EEC). As far I can research, Manta sill owns SC6b and all its obligations.
