I do not know about Canada etc. but I do know this....they are not going to be able to do anything in the Philippines. If this is a wrong statement then their share price should be at 6 cents by now (or even higher). Do you guys know who is involved in the Philippines deal? The Nido losers! These are pretenders of oil finding execs that simply collect their nice paychecks. Ask yourselves.....what is in their CVs that says they have found and produced oil? NA DA!
