Given OBM has shares on issue of 974 million, 5 % is 48.7 million, and they just gave the notice of ceasing to be a substantial holder on 14th of Jan, and you can see in this announcement they have only got under this amount with around a million shares sold on 12th Jan:

So on 12th of Jan they would have approx 48 million shares still held. Been some big volume days since then, all up 55 million shares traded since then, obviously wont all be Perennial but can assume they would have dumped on the buying. I think when Volume goes back to the avarage of 1.5 mill a day we can assume they are done.

Actually will be a positive thing when they have finished, I used them selling out to get into on another stock they dumped NUH, they dumped millions of units at 1.4, and just days later NUH is back to 1.8. big percentage gain. I think if OBM can withstand getting 5% of all issued shares dumped on market and still hold these levels its a good sign.
