The CEO and his mate made the Decisions to do the Solar against.. good advice from others ... maybe this is why the Decisions for BC were made to vote against him ... the brains of the operation. it has been nothing but a down hill run since JP has been involved..just as mentioned...look at his passed history... i really hold little hope with there self pay rises and lack of care for the share holders that we were promised so much ... this company has been run as JP personal service.. never a care for investment from others ... we have just feed him cash to do as he wishs ... we can all see it now ... otherwise he or his mate would be addressing the investment community with what is happening... but hide behind silence as they run our money into the ground ... we/they need to seek some professional help before them and us investors lose all ... this is only IMHO
