When KB says "The supply response is insufficient, so we expect pricing to continue to increase" that only means 1 thing... SP number go up.
I dont mind the $20B market cap view from @sunnyaus - it seems quite reasonable when the chemical converters could easily stomach a $5,000/dmt+ of 5.5% - 6.0% spod in offtakes and BMX auctions to come. Let alone the fact that PLS will be becoming the chemical converters with POSCO and CALIX - so all that margin goes into the pockets of investors one way or another.
Plus, PLS has ~160M dmt to go around... with a theoretical ~40yr mine life, that's a future with the potential of ~4M dmt per year...
We're not even at 0.5M dmt per year and look at the SP (noting 1M dmt / year might be partially priced in).
Exciting times ahead indeed!
And as we know, share price follows the macro pricing environment - and we know where the pricing environment is heading don't we
