    The bleedingly obvious reason for the takeover...

    accelerate the production of gas from existing resources by spending an extra 60 Million on CAPEX this year.


    Papa POSCO can then substitute other gas to the export system for their Korean Operations.

    Mama Gina gets to sell lots of lovely iron ore to POSCO steel.


    SENEX shareholders get duped of the benefits of increased profits.



    Sad.
