It's very difficult to be critical of anyone selling this stock. I wonder who is buying though, and why?

I still think everything changes once (if) SA1 and VIC1 are under construction and shareholders can count the days until construction is finished, rather than endless months of nothing. As noted yesterday, we are currently more-or-less within the timeline published last October.

@riteley Mate, have you noticed any construction at SA1? I remember you said you work nearby. Are those established gum trees still on site, or has the land been cleared?
