    not so

    DEL is effectively a construction company.....and there's NO SHORTAGE of negative news about collapse or financial stress on construction companies......driven by rising input and finance costs

    the market therefore believes that DEL will likely need another capital raising......which is the result of the present environment.....and not related to management
