Can you describe a bit more about why you think DEL will need a further capital raising following the deal with Palisade?

Are you suggesting the capex numbers provided to market only as recently as the February result are under baked and now they are in discussions with Palisade for further capital requirement?

Palisade are funding 100% of the capex, there is no need for cap in hand to existing shareholders unless the commercial proposal has changed between the parties and if there has been a change to the commercial proposal between the parties then DEL would have to report that to market given the materiality associated with that development and their continuous disclosure obligations.
