And just to be clear.... not sure the linkage is properly understood...
The more risk palisade push onto DEL the more risk there is to DEL solvency ... so it's a fine balance for Palisade between finding the appropriate risk allocation and actually getting through construction and transitioning to operations.
As an aside, old mate never came back to me about why a further cap raise was required too.... seems to have gone silent.
