There's no doubt that there is alot of activity out there for these types of waste/rng assets. That statement suggests PurposeEnergy been around for the last 15 years, so far more advanced than DEL.

I hope that DEL have been smart enough to maintain some flexibility for a change in control scenario and Palisade can't block it. I don't think they can block is but it would be a trigger event as I understand it.

It is a "trigger event" under the Palisade deal:

""change of control of the Company, or a third party acquires an interest in 20% or more of the issued capital of the Company, or the cessation of employment of key directors.""

The other interesting thing is all the different types of ADs out there as listed by PurposeEnergy on their website. Purpose claim to have AD IP unique to them.
