Yes quite a bit of overlap. I have managed to invest in PL8 mainly through SPP, as the share price is always well above NTA. If I have money I want to invest, and PL8 is looking expensive, I go to VHY. WLE is much the same as PL8 with performance fees and quarterly dividends rather than no performance fees and monthly dividends.
