Yes, WLE is a Wilson product. Yes all the other LICs ARG, AFI, AUI, DUI, BKI are excellent, low cost and half year dividends. I have held some of them over time. Now I have been retired, I like the monthly dividends and PL8 focus on retirees and dividends with a little bit of growth. ARG, AFI, AUI, DUI, BKI are all great in pre-retirement from my perspective with slightly lower dividends but a bit more growth than PL8. Most likely similar returns but the dividends from PL8 and VHY suit me personally.
