WGB is a foreign markets investment. There is always going to be a strong chance the dividend will not be fully franked, unlike their Australian invested share funds. However, the reason I have gone into WGB is:
a) it provides me with some measure of foreign investment, and
b) it is able to be purchased at one heck of a discount
