For a sophisticated investor Palisade sure are taking a long time to check everything off before FID can take place.
In excess of 12 weeks DD (on the basis of a commencement sometime in October) for such projects is ridiculous, espically when no project finance (bank debt) is being proposed and its all equity.
I can only surmise that DEL has not yet performed all tasks in order for FIDs to take place!
