I'd agree with everything you have listed in your last post, however a flow chart won't help. It'll be filled with hot air like everything else.
There's no accountability on delivery.
Joe and Hamish should both lose Directorships if FID on both projects is not achieved by March 31 AND tangible evidence of construction starting is demonstrated. That's accountability.
DEL has been been rudderless for the last 18 months.
