Just speculating but Could be a new Insto specializing in Small cap comp.
If the buying continues and goes over 5% we will soon have a name for the buyer.
Maybe more and more investors see a Long Term investment opportunity here and are prepared to invest
while DSE is under the radar, The potential is definitely there although, on the current FCF valuation, the SP is stretched
Seems as if SP wants to head up somewhere toward the 25c mark after two years of
basing and price ranging.
