I wonder how Dr Kelly is feeling about the erosion of value in his investment. Surely this would be a cause for concern for him? @RBx have you had any recent contact with him? Given he's the largest shareholder, he has the most levers to pull here if he is not satisfied with the direction of management and general lack of information flow
