Agreed, it's a tad unsettling - the vanity and insecurity revealed by such a response. Considering the failings of the last 6-12 months, any attention paid to this rubbish by a management team that ought to be very busy is too much.
Would be interesting to know the driving force behind it - AS or an overzealous legal team keen to justify their pay? One can only wonder how AS responds to positive HC commentary...
