On the 2nd of feb 2022 the company stated that its agreement, which was in effect immediately, would result in team Saas paying $1 million within the first 12 months. Followed by $2.5 million in two years.
there are two possible outcomes, either the money has been paid or it hasn't. Either is a price sensitive announcement and share holders should be informed about the current situation.
Avecho has not met its obligation for continuous disclosure. And should be reported as failure to inform shareholders of a material change.
this is a massive red flag as it shows that these "deals" are worth very little and potentially Avecho management are not doing their due diligence on partners they are signing with or they are signing agreements that are not legally binding.
