Am I in this stock because I expect Catlin to be a big part of Allkems' future? NO.
Do I expect permitting from James Bay to happen without delays?
NO - try being a LAC shareholder.
Is it easy to build a big new brine project like Sal de Vida?
NO - how long has it taken for ORE to finally reach nameplate or SQM to ramp up production
The RBC analyst is being naive if he expects otherwise. Looks like this guy is just extrapolated a spreadsheet with little understanding of the underlying business.

I have held Orocobre for years and if they have taught me one thing it is that patience will pay off. In the unlikely event that a new battery technology, like sodium, magically replaces lithium then I think that Allkem is still a great place to play lithium, and WOW the margins are outstanding and the growth prospects are second to none.

Final note. At this stage I really don't want to see dividends I would like to see some more accretive acquisitions while they are all cashed up. Seems like the big boys are afraid to get into the space so maybe ORE needs to do more especially in Canada which is virtually a virgin territory.
