The part I really liked from Dale was his reminder to all of just how difficult it is to :
plan a mine,
raise the capital,
develop it and get the ppl
and get it working to nameplate . . . it takes years ! It was a statement underlining the slow rate of new supply coming on stream. PLS not perturbed about market price slump.
