The problem as you have stated the markets not buying it.
Since this very positive announcement on Jan19th this year the price has dropped 2.5cents.
In the past the board has shown a distinct lack of understanding of the rules and regulations of mining in Australia.
I feel not counting for unforseen circumstances Coolgardie production is at least 12 to 18 months away.
