theta got their own funding through some very complex and unfavorable term. Us got mother transfusion at 3% pa unsecured loan and ppl are still complaining.
I think at the end of the day, the current sp is only about 0.5*book value and the MC even less than our DTA. Don't think you will find a better deal anywhere else.
I just hope POG will hold high long enough this time.
