and yes they are obliged to keep all shareholders informed, which they clearly didnt do on the toll treating as one recent example, there were other instances of failure to provide continuous disclosure.
Having a poor public image discourages new buyers, meaning lower share price, which they might take advantage of yto further dilute us or eventually buy us out and delist .. so there is motive there for mgmt to serve their true bosses where their career path lies and not our company.
