i cant see them selling shares bit by bit.. they sell 1 share and the SP will tank.. they will need a full buyout offer if they want to exit
they will have to extract value through dividends as they have scared off any insto buying to boost the share price due to their controlling interest.
It is possible over time they could reduce their holding by merging with another entity to get them down under 50% and open up the registry again.
