I doubt SD will sell any shares in the open market, especially not for a loss as they are have a long game and not at all hard pressed for money like Theta gold and other smaller shareholders.
Their end game has to be either a sale of the entire stake to a willing buyer (large gold company) or reap dividends for years to come. No one can buy FML until SD agrees to the price and this will command a premium for a desperate buyer who might find that they need this mine to continue their growth trajectory.
