I don’t . To me it’s a nothing burger . It doesn’t impact on Smr itself but its parent . Also if this guy thinks he is getting a raw deal , then don’t sell . It’s not a forced compulsory acquisition though that might come and usually when that happens prices have to be transparently fair . Pretty sure Singapore has similar corporate rules to us .

I actually think the tight register of smr is an advantage . Not millions and millions of shares flapping around out there being traded . Makes this hard to short . Also means you have serious money in the wings if further cap raises or debt is needed to fund more m@a and likely debt funds available outside Australia and all the Australian financial institutions who nowadays go out of their way to fck coal miners have little power here to affect our destiny .
