Very interesting reading all the posts on this stock and especially the Malaysian based issues. The way I see it is if the Malaysians go broke they will be in breach of the GPA and Besra still gets to keep the funds, worst case Besra just have to deliver gold up to what has been advanced. For a small miner to have cash of $19m in the bank to prove up a promising tenement is pretty decent. The other thing that I like is the fact that one of the largest shareholders have sold most or all of their holdings. However it is concerning in relation to the board structure and the directors having no experience in mining and the fact they are getting paid massive salaries. I hope that there is a change soon. Given they are sitting on this much cash they could also look for other mining tenements or investments.
