    Only issue is that the people that will be negotiating with quantum are quantum, so I assume it would not be out of the question to deliver it then get paid. everyone's seen the figures they stand to make a lot by pre purchasing it so only reason they have not continued is because they are out of cash as predicted by me and gb.
