So they supposedly had the money but just couldn't get a bank account open to send it as per their own announcement. Now they have released this which suggests the entire time they were waiting for someone to pay them to send this money, two totally different situations. I wonder are they waiting on the same contracts to pay their own customers that they took money from? It's almost like me and GB said it doesn't take this long to send money and that quantum ran into issues, now confirmed.
