    The Pilot Plant was ordered and paid for by North Borneo Gold Sdn Bhd (NBG)-
    BEZ holds- 98.5%
    Gladioli Group - 1.5%
    However, there is any local partner in the BAU Gold project : Golden Celesta Sda Bhd -holds about 4.95%.
    Therefore BEZ nett ownership of BAU Gold project is 93.55% as stated in 24/01/ 24 announcement.
