Yes indeed, the stock is going to trade at the 'Lim diiscount' until he ceases to be involved with the board. The fact that the board is totally controlled by him makes this so unappealing to third party investors.
Despite the fact that he initially turned the company around he is has now turned it into a pariah investment as his incompetence/dishonesty is now a matter of public record.
