At face value your post is helpful and informative. My question is why however is this information being disseminated by you? Why haven’t they released a formal presser on the steps that need to be undertaken to get the pilot plant up and running? Why can’t they do anything in an above board fashion? Why should ysaudrey have the inside scoop on what needs to be done while the rest of us are left in the dark?
