    Does the entity buying the plant matter?
    If it's BEZ's or the Malaysian subsidiary?

    Well.
    Quantum has a charge on one and not the other.
    I'm sure there's another reason that doesn't immediately come to mind.

    Always good getting company updates on timing of shipments from a dude on HC.
