Interesting last year they didn't disclose anything until the interim results, only into the finals did they make a market announcement.I am still holding my full positions, not interested in selling whilst I still receive a 9% dividend yield. Further more their cap rates are already higher than some other REITS, I think management took a careful axe to the June 2023 results. So whilst cap rates could well rise further, there is some margin of safety, especially when share price vs NTA is taken into account.On my rough rough back of the envelope calculations the future dividend shouldn't drop by much going forward (after FY24), as their cap rates are higher, and already assumed 1 further RBA increase in their dividend payment calculation when doing their FY24 forecasts. So unless the RBA increases interest rates again (unlikely), I am still holding.Share price to NTA at 61% which is good.Holding.
