All your anxious comments and some fund manager is reading them. Back in the office these guys are saying yep it's working let's rattle the retailers a bit more get the price down further and we buy up.
At some point will turn. Don't try and make sense out of it. All you know is cash is being generated the inception will come when interest rates come down and the aligning of stars will come I believe when dividends are distributed. Second half of the year interest rates are dropping in line with MGX dividends. In the US are expecting 6 rate reductions by 2025 we will follow.
