    They get paid about $338k each from memory (from remuneration report), its a good salary, but i dont think it's excessive. They could easily spend that each year on living, mortgage, etc and not have significant funds to invest personally into DEL.

    Yes the price is down from IPO price, but they still have nearly 50% stake in the company combined, they have probably invested their life savings into this company, i dont think it's fair that we judge without knowing their personal situation. Of a $14 million company, it's hardly paying back their equity.

    Find me another micro cap company where the directors personally have so much to lose.

    On the company front - I think we are starting to get some traction now.

    I believe (not advice) that it is becoming more likely that we will get some finance for at least the QLD build. My thought is that if I was a bank and saw that the QLD government is willing to give $5m of a $32m build (15%), that would reduce my risk as a lender. I realise there are other risks in the business but it certainly reduces the LVR significantly.
