I like to say I wish everyone a great start to 2024 year coming and to look forward not backwards to achieving our goals and to achieving something that potentially (will) help improve people's lives across the world.
We have a once in a lifetime opportunity to make some real money here ontop of doing right for many people in need.
I'll like to also add I think it's important for people to take up their options as soon as they can this will help RAC speed up everything ontop of giving a strong signal to anyone thinking of partnering with us.
It's absolutely in my view not better to have money sitting in an offset account to save pennies when executing early can potentially add thousand to your investment.
Not for anyone that holds 100,000 or 200,000 anyway here is why
With 100,000 shares you need $3,750 to convert if you wanted to keep that in the bank to offset a $500,000 mortgage you are only saving under $20 that's with a 6% loan.
With converting the options early it will show a strong message to the market and potential partners we mean business and will help drive SP even if it's 1c on 100,000 that's $1,000 instead of $120 for the 6 months in offset even less.
