Commercial risks encompasses a lot of different things, but the big ones involve things like not being able to raise capital, commercial disputes, management stuff-ups, changes in the market or new drugs coming in that destroy your market, legislation changes, etc.
All you can really do as an investor is be mindful of them and make sure you are not overexposed to any one company or sector. My job as CEO is to plan for every foreseeable risk and developed strategies to minimise the damage to shareholders.
