I have just started following you.

I have a science background, though not medical, and take your point about p-value.
Would just add that 0.05 would be the common-sense level whilst acknowledging that common sense is not science.

As a chartist, I will look for an entry, but would like to ask you about the PDX AXL 16 results.
Survival times have essentially more than trebled but are still 'only' ( my interpretation) 111 days.
I assume that tweaking would be expected to improve further, so I wonder what survival time would be acceptable for commercialisation and what might be the timescale to achieve this?

I understand that this may be a piece of string question and apologise if it's been discussed before.
