While to some extent, the main issue is out of GORs hands, the interesting part for me, is the lack of any reaction to the issue...
(they also don't elaborate on what the 'other' issues were).
Do they have a plan to rectify it? Why were staff unavailable?
They just squeaked inside guidance, but... pretty sure the market is going to be unimpressed with this
