I am trying to understand is it covid that has caused the shortage ,I understand that we have a new varient but thy were operating ok during the period when it was everywhere [ covid ] or have alot of staff gone elswhere . If it is benefits as in wages that staff have left then management could funnel some of their benifits sometimes it doesnt take much to keep staff anyway i hope things turn around soon . GLTA
