    Nice operating cashflow.The question I have is the comments on page 9 about expenditure (accruals basis). Not sure if this means that they have not paid this expenditure out of bank yet.Last quarter they borrowed $2.2 million but have not paid back anything in the last 6 months (maybe not paying back to use cash in bank for projects).As per last balance sheet they may also receive payments in advance for projects.A positive is directors own 40% of the company so they will want the company to succeed.
