Strategic Partner ProcessArdea continues to make substantial progress with the Japanese Consortium (ASXrelease 21 December 2023) who have advised the Company that they havecompleted their technical due diligence on the 5 July 2023 Pre-Feasibility Study.Continued collaboration has resulted in agreement on the DFS scope of work, withthe DFS tender review and budget nearing completion. Ardea and the JapaneseConsortium are working towards executing binding long form Final Agreementsbefore the end of March 2024 to form a joint venture to facilitate the completion ofthe KNP Goongarrie Hub DFS, make a Final Investment Decision and jointlysecure project development funding for this strategic nickel-cobalt project
